We've really been talking to Caden about his prayers and reminding him that talking to God is a priviledge and he can talk to God about ANYTHING!! He doesn't really look forward to praying out loud and usually takes the short route "Thank you for this day and our food. Amen." But tonight at bedtime he really surprised me.
A prayer from my sweet boy:
"Dear God,
Please help my hiccups to go away. Please help me to be a good boy. Please help me to do my work at school. Please help Mommy on her test tomorrow. Thank you for Jesus. Amen."
Sometimes it takes my little boy to remind me how much God does care (even about our hiccups!) Hope you can remember God especially in the small things this week!!
